Working Principle Deconstruction of the 40'Mechanical Container Spreaders
1. Power Transmission Chain
Crane lifting hook → Top lifting ring of the lifting gear → Spring and linkage drive rope → Triangular drive plate → Rotary lock mechanism ±90° rotation → Unlock/Lock.
2. Key Details of Linkage Drive
The triangular drive plate works with the sliding guide block; the guide block slides along the triangular plate with the up/down movement of the lifting hook, forcing the triangular plate to rotate 90°.
