Painting

The connecting parts of Enjue grab, such as pins, bolts, etc., are made of high-strength alloy steel with rustproof surface treatment, such as zinc plating or Dacromet coating, to ensure that they will not rust or corrode in the harsh marine environment and that they are firmly and reliably connected and can withstand shear and tensile forces in accordance with international standards.

 

Enjue grabs are pre-treated and painted on steel plates in strict accordance with the international standard painting process. Before painting, the sheet metal is pre-treated by surface rolling and shot blasting before machining and coated with a shop primer, and then after being placed in the sample and assembled and welded into shape, the clean surface is coated with epoxy zinc-rich primer, intermediate, coat and top coat in layers according to the painting process. It is guaranteed that the painted steel will not produce any anti-rust phenomenon and the life of the paint is more than five years.
