Product Description

 

The eco port hopper is equipped with a dust‑control bulk loading system designed to suppress dust. Without such a system, dust emissions could endanger port personnel, create environmental risks, and increase the likelihood of fire and explosion hazards.

This equipment handles a wide variety of materials. Materials are delivered by portal crane or belt conveyor; a grab then places them (e.g., coal, wheat) into the hopper, after which they are discharged into a truck. The lower discharge mouth is fitted with an electric actuator to control material flow capacity, ensuring safe operation. The telescopic slip barrel at the discharge mouth features an inner and outer structure with an exhaust opening to manage dust during truck loading.

 

The upper section of the hopper is equipped with four exhaust openings to manage dust generated during material discharge into the hopper.
