Introduction to the port bagging machine
This containerized bagging machine integrates a loading unit, container, gravity hopper, automatic weighing control system, distribution box, conveyor, cart, pneumatic system, dust collector, air compressor, and other components-all housed within two containers. A tugboat is mounted beneath the container, allowing it to be towed to the job site by a trailer. It handles free-flowing materials such as fertilizer, grain, feed, bulk sugar, sulfur, and ore. Typical application sites include docks, yards, and warehouses.
All containerized bagging and sealing machines of this type are installed inside containers. Beneath each container, two axles are fitted-one fixed and one pivoted-so that the container can be moved around a port or goods yard. Each container houses two containerized weighing and bagging machines, and every weighing-bagging line can operate independently.
