A marine loader (ship loader) is an efficient and automated port machinery and equipment, which is mainly used to load bulk cargo (such as coal, ore, grain, etc.) from the dock or yard into the cargo hold of the ship. Here's the ship loader conveyor's working principles:

How does a ship loader work?
Material Handling Systems
Reclaiming & Transfer: Bulk material is conveyed to the transfer hopper of the ship loader using a reclaimer or yard conveyor.
Boom belt conveying: The material enters the boom belt conveyor through the funnel and is accurately placed in the designated position of the ship through the adjustable height chute (or telescopic chute).
Dynamic adjustment: The chute can be rotated and telescopic to adapt to different cabin positions and loading needs
