Step Two: Precise Operation and Pressure Control
Even the best equipment requires proper operation and regular maintenance:

Smooth Operation: During operation, movements should be smooth, especially when starting, stopping, and approaching horizontal and vertical positions. Avoid rapid or intermittent pushing or pulling of the operating handles.

 

Strict Pressure Control: The container tilter should be equipped with an overflow valve to ensure the system pressure does not exceed safe limits and prevent hydraulic shock. A pressure-holding circuit can provide stable pressure when needed, preventing unexpected movements and impact deformation due to leaks.

 

Pre-container Inspection: Before operation, carefully inspect the container body and its interior to ensure there is no deformation or damage, and remove any residue or protrusions that could cause damage.

 

Regular Container Tilter Maintenance:

Hydraulic System: Regularly check oil pipes, joints, and seals for leaks or aging; change the hydraulic oil according to the equipment manual and seasonal changes, and clean the filter.

 

Mechanical Components: Before starting, check for loose fasteners, structural detachment, or breakage; regularly check the condition of the wire rope, and replace any broken strands immediately.

Electrical system: Before starting work each day, check whether electrical components such as buttons and sensors are functioning properly.

 

Step 3: Strengthen Standards and Systems

Incorporate Deformation Prevention Inspections into the System: Develop and strictly enforce an inspection checklist, clearly defining container appearance inspection, lock confirmation, and hydraulic system pressure of the container tilter confirmation as mandatory items.

 

Troubleshooting and Response:

Hydraulic Oil Issues: If insufficient motor speed or insufficient hydraulic pump suction is detected, check for blockages in the suction filter and ensure adequate oil levels in the tank, addressing the issue promptly.

 

Lock Issues: Failure of the spreader to properly engage the lock or excessive stress on the lock linkage are common causes of deformation; ensure the locking mechanism is functioning correctly.
