Start-up Process and Material Retrieval
Process: Equipment is started sequentially in the reverse flow direction: Ship Loader → Dock Conveyor → Transfer Station → Main Line Conveyor → Retrieval Machine.
Material Retrieval: The retrieval machine retrieves materials from the designated stockpile according to the planned quantity, and the materials are then transferred to the main line via the yard conveyor.
Horizontal Conveying
Materials are transported from the yard to the tail car of the ship loader at the dock front via a complex enclosed conveyor system, passing through multiple transfer stations. Each transfer point is equipped with a dust removal device to control dust.
Ship Loader Feeding (Critical Control Point)
Alignment: The ship loader travels to the target hatch, and the boom extends, retracts, and tilts to align the chute with the center of the hatch.
Feeding: Material is conveyed into the ship's hold via a conveyor belt on the ship loader boom and a telescopic chute. The chute is lowered as much as possible to minimize the material drop, thereby:

Controlling dust: Protecting the environment and worker health.
Reducing breakage: Ensuring cargo quality (especially grains and fertilizers).
Preventing segregation: Preventing materials of different particle sizes from segregating at the point of impact.
Circulation: The ship loader operator or automatic system continuously fine-tunes the feeding point to ensure even distribution of material within the hold, preparing for leveling.
