Tilting Mechanism of the Container Tilter:
Rotating Shaft/Hinge System: Located on one side or below the equipment frame, it serves as the pivot point for the tilting motion.
Driving Device: Typically, a hydraulic system (a hydraulic cylinder is clearly visible in the image), providing smooth and powerful torque to lift and tilt the container.
Tilting Arm/Platform of the Container Tilter: The part that contacts and locks onto the bottom of the container, moving with the driving device.
Locking and Safety Devices:
Container Locks (Twist Locks): Located on the tilting platform, these are used to precisely lock the four corner fittings at the bottom of the container. This is a core component for ensuring safe operation.

Safety guardrails/barriers: Prevent goods inside the container from accidentally sliding out during the tilting process.
Hydraulic safety valve of the container tilter and mechanical stop device: Prevent accidental pressure loss or overload, and provide mechanical locking at the target angle (e.g., 90° vertical).
Control system: The control panel (possibly with explosion-proof design) controls the start, stop, angle adjustment, and emergency stop of the tilting process.
