Product Description
Enjue rubber tire mobile port bulk cargo hopper, which unique structure and design can quickly and effectively unload various lumpy and granular loose materials, such as coal, slag, sand, cement, etc. The mobility of the funnel enables it to be flexibly adapted to different cargo yards and operating areas, which can greatly improve the turnover efficiency of port cargo.
Running mechanism: The running mechanism is typically tire-based, allowing the hopper to move freely across port grounds to adapt to different working environments and cargo requirements.
Hydraulic support system: Provides balance and stability support during funnel operation to ensure the stability and safety of the funnel during unloading.
Hopper body: The hopper body features a movable upper and lower structure, consisting of an upper funnel and a lower hopper. These two components are connected through an efficient filter cartridge dust collection system, which ensures effective dust reduction during cargo unloading.
Dust collection system: It adopts a bowl-shaped suction nozzle and an advanced pleated filter cartridge. The base material of the filter element is polyester fiber.
