Overall Structure
The top section receives material directly from the grab, engineered for rapid material intake with built‑in dust suppression. Beneath the upper section lies a screening grid mounted above self‑closing dust baffles to prevent particulate leakage.
Two large filter assemblies connect to the lower section to maintain negative pressure, delivering powerful suction and optimizing overall dust suppression performance. The hopper's lower segment is lined with wear‑resistant plates and fitted with a dedusted discharge outlet. It can feed tipper trucks at a maximum conveying speed of 300 m/h, paired with dedicated filters rated at 1,600 m³/h. This zone also includes a radar level indicator to monitor fill levels and detect material presence.
The eco movable port hopper is equipped with four axles and wheels for towable relocation, facilitating efficient cargo loading and unloading. Once vessels berth, all unloading operations can be completed solely by the grab and eco‑hopper – without extra equipment relocation. Hydraulic stabilizers engage automatically once positioning is finished. After operation, the entire unit can be towed to a parking zone to free up quay space.
