Multi-sensor Fusion Positioning
Laser Ranging/Contour Scanning: Laser sensors are installed at the front end of the container tilter's system to measure distances to the container's inner walls, corner posts, and door frames in real time, constructing a 3D contour of the internal space.
Visual Positioning System: Industrial cameras identify container corner castings or ground markings, and image processing technology is used to calculate offsets and angular deviations.
Encoder and Inertial Measurement Unit (IMU): Provides real-time feedback on the mobile chassis's travel distance, steering angle, and horizontal attitude, correcting accumulated errors.
Semi-automatic/Manual Assist Mode: For non-standard containers, complex cargo layouts, or special operational requirements, the system switches to a human-machine collaborative mode. The operator uses an industrial-grade handheld remote control for micro-speed control, and the system provides Multiple real-time feedback mechanisms:
Visual Guidance: The control interface dynamically displays the real-time distance and angle deviation between the system and the target position.
Audio-Visual Prompts: Indicator lights and voice prompts (such as "adjust 10 cm to the left") assist the operator in quickly and accurately aligning the system.

Safety Barriers: The system continuously provides collision warnings and automatically slows down or pauses when approaching obstacles to ensure human and machine safety.
