The internal leakage of electric hydraulic grab may be caused by wear, looseness or damage of seals. When repairing electric hydraulic grab, it is recommended to take the following steps:
Stop using: First, stop using the electric hydraulic grab and ensure that the equipment is in a safe state to prevent further leakage and accidents.
Discharge pressure: Release the pressure in the hydraulic system. Close the main control valve of the hydraulic system and open the pressure relief valve to completely release the pressure in the system.
Check the seals: Check the seals of the hydraulic grab, including O-rings, sealing gaskets, etc. If worn, aged or damaged seals are found, they need to be replaced with new ones.
Cleaning and lubrication: Clean the sealing surfaces and connecting parts of the hydraulic grab, and apply appropriate lubricants to reduce friction and improve the sealing effect.
Tightness check: Carefully check whether the bolts, joints and connectors of the hydraulic grab are loose. If there is any looseness, tighten it and ensure the structure is stable.
Testing and debugging: After the repair is completed, restart the hydraulic system and perform testing and debugging. Make sure the hydraulic grab operates normally and there is no oil leakage.
Please note that if you do not have the knowledge and skills to repair the hydraulic system, it is recommended to contact maintenance personnel or after-sales service department for processing. They can provide more professional guidance and support to ensure the safety and effectiveness of the equipment.
