Electro-hydraulic grab bucket is a kind of grappling device which connects with external power supply, uses motor to drive hydraulic pump, and realizes the opening and closing of the grapple through the expansion and contraction of the hydraulic cylinder, which mainly consists of cylinder, bucket flap, oil cylinder, motor, hydraulic pump station and so on. It has a compact structure, simple operation, large grabbing force, adaptability and other characteristics. It is widely used in harbor, wharf, factory, construction, mine and other fields.

 

 

1. According to the use of different occasions and grabbing materials, electric-hydraulic grab bucket can be divided into general-purpose, special-purpose and special types of three categories.

◇ General purpose grabs are suitable for gripping a wide range of loose materials;

◇ Specialized grabs are designed for specific materials, such as coal, ore, mineral powder, cement, yellow sand, and so on;

◇ Specialized grabs are used for special applications, such as underwater and high temperature environments.

2. According to the structural form of the grab

◇ Electro-hydraulic Clamshell Grab: mainly used with single-hook cranes for grabbing all kinds of bulk cargoes, commonly used in ships, wharves and so on.

◇ Electro-hydraulic Orange Peel Grab: It is mainly used with single hook crane to grab materials such as domestic garbage, scrap steel, etc. It is commonly used in environmental protection power plants, steel mills and so on.

◇ Electro-hydraulic Timber Grab: Mainly used for loading and unloading logs in conjunction with single-hook cranes, commonly used in timber yards, wharves and so on.
