Before each start, a start warning signal needs to be issued.
The driver needs to work closely with the hook operator in a consistent manner.
The controller should be started step by step to avoid direct reverse braking.
2. Safety instructions:
When the crane is working, no one is allowed to stay on the crane.
It is forbidden to throw objects directly from the crane.
It is strictly forbidden to put flammable objects on the crane.
It is strictly forbidden to lift heavy objects over people's heads.
If any abnormal phenomenon is found in the crane, it should be stopped immediately for inspection and work after troubleshooting.
3. Grab bucket operation:
When lifting the grab bucket, the speed of the lifting rope and the opening and closing rope should be equal to make the wire rope evenly stressed.
It is not allowed to grab a whole piece of objects with a grab bucket.
Pay attention to the opening and closing of the grab in the air. The single-rope hanging grab cannot be opened and closed in the air.
4. Daily inspection and maintenance:
Regularly check whether the connection points and bolts of the grab are firm. If they are loose or damaged, they should be repaired in time.
Check the hydraulic system of the grab to ensure that the oil pressure is normal and there is no oil leakage in the oil pipe.
After the operation, the grab should be cleaned and maintained, including cleaning the remaining gravel, soil, etc., and applying lubricating oil.
5. Personnel safety:
Operators must wear safety helmets and appropriate protective equipment, such as labor shoes, gloves, etc.
During the operation, stay focused and do not be distracted or talk to others.
Pay attention to the distance from people around you to prevent accidental collisions.
