Operational Workflow of the Container Lifting Frame
Positioning the Spreader
The crane operator lowers the Autolok frame onto the container, aligning the bayonets with the corner fittings.
Engaging the Twist-Locks
Once seated, the operator slackens the crane wire, causing the 4-legged sling to adjust tension. This action rotates the bayonets 90 degrees into the locked position, confirmed by the rotation of red indicator flags.
Safe Lifting
With bayonets securely engaged, the operator hoists the container. Clear visual indicators ensure all personnel maintain a safe distance during lift-off.
Releasing the Load
To disengage, the operator repeats the slackening process, rotating the bayonets back 90 degrees. The indicator flags reset, signaling safe removal of the frame.
