This over height frame features the safest structural design and is suitable for standard 20ft, 40ft, and 45ft containers. The main body consists of a sturdy, safe, and lightweight carbon steel structure, comprising four uprights connected to a high-strength load-bearing frame. Each corner casting is equipped with a V-type twistlock.The steel structure undergoes sandblasting to enhance durability, followed by anti-corrosive primer and two layers of topcoat, achieving a total coating thickness of up to 150 microns. Custom coating options are also available upon request.
