Synchronous Extension and Retraction & Locking: The elevated frame itself has no power source. Its core actions-the 20/40/45-foot extension/retraction adjustment and the locking/unlocking of the pivot pins-rely entirely on physical linkage with the spreading gear. The rotation of the spreading gear's pivot pins is converted into the synchronous passive opening and closing of the pivot pins at the bottom of the elevated frame through a precisely designed pivot pin sleeve and linkage mechanism.

Anti-Disengagement Auxiliary Connection Mechanism: To mitigate the risk of inadvertent loosening during high-intensity operations, anti-disengagement hooks are ingeniously incorporated on both flanks, achieving a flawless fit with the lifting hook. This strategic choice ensures a lightweight design, tipping the scales at a mere 2.1 tons, while simultaneously delivering outstanding torsional and bending resistance.

 

Surface Protection (Marine-Grade Anti-Corrosion Measures): Adheres to the most stringent corrosion protection standards set forth for port machinery, specifically JT/T 733-2008.

Coating System: Employs Hemmpel paints or an equivalent brand, ensuring long-lasting protection against the elements.

 

Three-Layer Protection: Epoxy zinc-rich primer (≥50μm) provides cathodic protection; epoxy micaceous iron oxide intermediate coat (≥150μm) forms a shielding layer; polyurethane topcoat (RAL1003 yellow, ≥100μm) provides weather and UV resistance.
