Core Technology System Composition of ENJUE Container Tilter
A complete tilting crane typically integrates the following systems:
Steel Structure Frame System: The main load-bearing structure, welded using high-strength steel (such as Q345B) to ensure rigidity, stability, and fatigue resistance under dynamic loads. The design must comply with GB/T 3811 Crane Design Specification.
Drive and Transmission System:
Mainstream Drive Methods: High-power hydraulic drive (variable pump + hydraulic motor) or variable frequency motor + planetary reducer drive.
Core Transmission Mechanism: Four-bar linkage or slewing bearing mechanism, ensuring smooth rotation and constant torque output.

Container locking system of the container tilter: Specialized locking devices for container corner fittings (commonly known as "corner locks"). Utilizing hydraulic or mechanical automatic locking devices equipped with sensors to ensure 100% lo cking before rotation, this is a vital safety feature.
Hydraulic system (if used): Includes a main pump station, control valve assembly, synchronizing cylinders (ensuring synchronized lifting/rotation at both ends), safety valves, and a cooling system. It requires a fast response, stable pressure, and protection against explosion and leakage.
Electrical and Control Systems:
Control Core: PLC (such as Siemens S7-1500 series) as the main controller.
Human-Machine Interface: Industrial touchscreen (HMI) displaying angle, weight, status, and fault codes.
Safety Detection: Angle encoder, weight sensor (pressure sensing element), lock position sensor, video monitoring system.
Operating Modes: Fully automatic one-button cycle, semi-automatic, manual fine-tuning.
Safety Protection System of the Container Tilters:
Mechanical Limits: Rigid stops to prevent overtravel.
Electrical Protection: Overload protection, emergency stop, and photoelectric safety barrier in rotating areas.
Anti-tipping Protection: Real-time monitoring of the pressure difference between the two sides to prevent equipment tipping due to uneven loading.
