Overview of working principle of the remote control grab
The remote control grab sends instructions through the wireless remote control transmitter to control the opening and closing of the electromagnetic valve inside the grab. Then it drives the hydraulic system to complete the opening and closing of the grab. Its core advantage is that it does not require external energy, and can achieve automatic opening and closing at any position in the air with only its battery.

Remote control grab closing process (grabbing goods)
Self-weight closing: When the grab is lifted above the pile, it relies on its weight to close the bucket naturally and complete the grabbing of goods.
Hydraulic locking: After closing, the hydraulic system locks the cylinder through the solenoid valve to ensure that the grab remains closed during the lifting process.
Remote control grab opening process (unloading goods)
Remote control command: The operator sends an "open" signal through the remote control, and the receiver triggers the solenoid valve to switch the oil circuit.
Hydraulic drive: The hydraulic oil enters the rodless chamber of the cylinder from the oil tank through the solenoid valve, pushing the piston rod to extend, driving the sliding seat to separate from the lower bearing beam, and the grab gradually opens.
Remote control grab buffer design: The throttle valve controls the oil flow rate, so that the initial opening speed of the grab is slow (within 3 seconds) to avoid mechanical shock; then accelerates to complete the unloading.
