It establishes a non-rigid connection between the drive motor and the dedicated hydraulic coupler for the drum, enabling core system functions such as start-up oscillation protection, overload protection, multi-machine reset, and effective torque impact and torsional vibration control. SMAGTurbo Coupling is a continuously variable speed control and transmission device that uses a liquid (usually mineral oil or a water-based solution) as the working medium. Its basic structure consists of two key components:
**Pump Impeller:** Connected to the drive shaft (motor side), it converts the input mechanical energy into the kinetic energy of the working fluid.
**Turbine:** Connected to the driven shaft (load side), it receives the kinetic energy of the working fluid and converts it back into mechanical energy for output.
