Rope Grab Bucket

Grab that relies on a rope pulley block to generate the specific force to open and close the action.

The ENJUE rope grab bucket is a type of spreader that operates on the closing force generated by a wire rope and pulley group system. Through this mechanical arrangement, the bucket achieves its opening and closing motions, enabling it to grab, lift, and discharge materials with remarkable versatility.

Because it relies on a purely mechanical rope-and-pulley drive rather than hydraulic or electrical power, the ENJUE rope grab bucket offers exceptional adaptability across a wide range of working environments. It can be operated both underwater and on land, making it equally suitable for dredging operations, marine construction, and conventional dry-land material handling.

This dual-environment capability has made the ENJUE rope grab bucket a common sight in many industries. It is widely used in wharves, harbours, coal mines, and other fields where efficient bulk material handling is required. Whether loading and unloading ships at a busy port, transferring coal at a mining facility, or performing underwater grabbing tasks, the rope grab bucket delivers dependable, consistent performance.

Enjue Rope Grab

The rope grab winding mechanism is simple, can be hung on a single-hook crane for use, but productivity is,  low and it is suitable for small operations.

Single-rope

The grapple is reliable, easy to operate, highly productive and widely used, but not as stable as the four ropes.

Double-rope

The grapple has better stability and balance and is suitable for large lifting equipment and for gripping heavier and larger volumes of material.

Four-rope

Feature

Rope grabs are a rare and high quality product, from the design, its structure is very cleverly designed, using high strength rope and strong and durable bucket material, to ensure stable operation under various working conditions.

The strength and toughness of the wire rope of the rope grabs can not only withstand huge pulling force, but also has good wear resistance, which greatly extends the service life of the grab.

For rope grabs used in humid and corrosive gas environments (e.g. seashore, quay, chemical plant), the wire ropes will be galvanised and other anti-corrosion treatments.

- Advantages: relatively simple structure, low maintenance cost; according to different materials and operational requirements, different types and specifications of rope grabs can be selected, high versatility; relying on the transmission of the rope, the work is more reliable and can operate stably in a variety of harsh environments.

- Disadvantages: low productivity of single rope grab; when grabbing some special shapes or viscous materials, there may be insufficient grabbing and unclean unloading; for large grabs, it needs greater lifting force and power support, which requires higher lifting equipment.

Enjue rope grab buckets: its structure is relatively simple; each component is easy to disassemble and install, and convenient for daily inspection, repair, and maintenance, effectively reducing the cost of use.
Only regular inspection, lubrication, and maintenance of ropes, pulleys, and other components are required.
