Material Upgrade of the Wireless/Radio Remote Control Grab
The main structure is fabricated from ST52-3 and S355JO high-strength steel, ensuring load-bearing capacity and long service life. The lip plate is made of 25mm-thick Borox 280 Hb wear-resistant plate, while the bottom lip plate utilizes 30mm-thick Borox 500 Hb super-hard material to withstand high-wear conditions. Key pin shafts are hardened using C1050 process, delivering excellent fatigue resistance.
Intelligent Transmission System
Cast polyamide bearings with integrated lubrication channels reduce maintenance frequency. A high-strength grab wire rope (32mm 6×36 Warrington Seale construction, 21 meters in length) ensures safe operation. The hydraulic system has an oil capacity of 100 liters, with opening and closing time optimized to 9 seconds.
