Generall Description
1.The Telescopic Marine Crane consists of a base, arm frame, tower, hydraulic winch, telescopic cylinder, luffing cylinder, hydraulic slewing mechanism, operating platform, hydraulic transmission components, electrical control unit and other parts.
2.The base adopts a cylindrical structure. It can be welded to the deck or fastened to the deck with high-strength bolts. The connection method shall be clearly marked.
3.The arm frame and tower are of box-type structure. The hydraulic winch controls the lifting and lowering of loads. The telescopic cylinder drives the extension and retraction of the crane boom. The luffing cylinder adjusts the position to ensure accurate hooking and landing of loads.
4.The slewing mechanism controls the left and right rotation of the crane. The operating platform is designed for operation, maintenance and commissioning. Hydraulic transmission components supply pressure oil for the whole system, while the electrical control system mainly manages the start and stop of the motor as well as overall operation.
