Daily Maintenance Focus Of Grab Crane

The daily maintenance of grab crane is particularly important. We need to understand the daily maintenance focus of the equipment:
1. Check whether the lubrication of the grab crane bearing is good on a daily basis, and check whether all fasteners are tightened.
2. Check whether the transmission belt of the equipment is installed correctly and in good condition on a daily basis. Once the belt is slightly damaged, it should be replaced immediately. If you see oil stains on the belt or groove wheel of the machine, you need to wipe it clean with a clean rag immediately.
3. Check whether the protective device is in good condition on a daily basis. Once the protective device is found to be unsafe, it needs to be eliminated immediately.
4. Check whether there are materials or other debris in the damaged cavity of the grab crane on a daily basis. If there are any, they should be cleaned up.
5. Check whether the top head or top screw of the grab crane is retracted, and whether the adjustment gasket is installed correctly and pressed tightly.
