Tanzanian Customers Visited Shanghai En jue Machinery's Grab Bucket Factory To Explore New Opportunities For Infrastructure Cooperation in East Africa.

A six-member delegation from a well-known Tanzanian engineering company arrived at Shanghai Enjue Machinery Equipment Co., Ltd., to conduct on-site inspections of its grab bucket production base and port machinery R&D center, and to hold in-depth discussions on cooperation in areas such as port loading and unloading equipment and bulk material handling systems. This visit marks a significant step in the pragmatic cooperation between China and Tanzania under the Belt and Road Initiative framework, with technology as the core, to accelerate the upgrading of infrastructure and mining equipment in East Africa.

 

Accompanied by Ms. Pan, General Manager of Enjue Machinery, and her technical team, the Tanzanian delegation visited the intelligent grab bucket production line, the hydraulic system testing laboratory, and the fully digitalized workshop.

Cooperation Negotiations: Focusing on Pain Points in the East African Market

During the meeting, both sides engaged in in-depth discussions regarding Tanzania's infrastructure planning:

Pain Points: Tanzania is advancing the construction of the Bagamoyo Port Special Economic Zone and accelerating the development of resource projects such as the Manioni uranium mine and the Karuwe graphite mine, creating an urgent need for cost-effective and durable grab bucket equipment. The client stated frankly, "Local equipment has a high failure rate and long maintenance cycles, severely impacting project progress."

ENJUE Solution: Proposes a full-cycle cooperation model of "equipment + technical training + localized service":
Customized Design: Upgraded grab bucket sealing structure for the salt spray environment along the Tanzanian coast, extending service life to over 10 years.
Rapid Response Mechanism: Establishment of a spare parts warehouse in Dar es Salaam, promising to resolve faults within 48 hours;
Skills Transfer Program: Providing free training to Tanzanian operators and outputting standard equipment maintenance procedures.
