The purpose of this visit was to gain an in-depth understanding of ENJUE's comprehensive capabilities and to witness firsthand the installation and operation of port hoppers designed and manufactured by ENJUE at the dock. The entire itinerary was tight and fulfilling, laying a solid foundation for future strategic cooperation between the two parties.
Deep into the Manufacturing Heartland, Witnessing Superior Quality
Accompanied by the warm hospitality of ENJUE's core technical team, the Singaporean clients first visited ENJUE's port hopper and grab bucket factory. The clients meticulously examined the entire production process, from raw material cutting, precision welding, structural assembly, to surface treatment.
During the visit, ENJUE's leading automated manufacturing equipment, rigorous ISO quality management system, and well-trained staff left a deep impression on the client. The client showed particular interest in ENJUE's exclusive wear-resistant technology, dust removal process, and anti-corrosion treatment used in port hopper manufacturing, and engaged in in-depth technical discussions with our engineers.

Witnessing the Operational Frontline and Testing Practical Effectiveness
Following the factory visit, both teams drove to the wharf for the core part of the trip-an on-site inspection of the installation and operation of the ENJUE port hopper.
At the bustling wharf, a large ENJUE port hopper was handling coal loading and unloading operations. The clients witnessed firsthand the efficient and smooth operation of the equipment and highly praised the hopper's structural stability, discharge efficiency, and extremely low residue rate.
Following the site visit, a cordial and productive meeting was held.
