Brazilian Customers Deepen Cooperation With Innolux: Discuss Technical Details Of Non-standard Spreaders

May 14, 2025

Enjue held a technical intensive meeting with Brazilian customers at the factory, focusing on the customized equipment requirements and technical parameter optimization of 20 and 40-feet container spreaders. The cooperation between the two parties entered the technical implementation stage at this meeting, aiming to meet the special operational needs of Brazilian customers through precise product design.

container spreaderEnjue's technical team showed the Brazilian customers the 20/40 feet container spreader and billet clamp solutions designed for their needs. Brazilian port operations often face challenges such as overweight containers and diverse cargo specifications, so the spreader must be compatible with a variety of container types from 20 feet to 45 feet, and have automatic locking pins and remote monitoring functions. The two sides focused on discussing the improvement of the spreader's corrosion resistance in high temperature and high humidity environments, as well as the load test standards for Brazilian local regulations.

During the meeting, the head of Yingjue's quality department gave a detailed interpretation of its quality management system, including the ultrasonic flaw detection process for key components of the spreaders, and the configuration of protective devices that meet the Brazilian NR12 safety standard.

Brazilian customers' demand for non-standard spreaders is transforming from single equipment procurement to overall solutions, which requires suppliers to have the full-chain capabilities of "design + manufacturing + service".

This cooperation not only reflects Enjue's technological breakthrough, but also indicates that the global port machinery market is upgrading from "product output" to "technology + standard output".
