Full-scenario wireless remote control:
Using 5G/industrial Wi-Fi dual-mode communication technology with strong anti-interference, the remote control can stably control the grab in complex underground environments, with a response delay of less than 50 milliseconds. The grab is equipped with high-precision gyroscopes and laser radars to sense spatial position in real time and avoid collisions.
Modular intelligent remote control:
The system integrates intelligent control modules to support the full process automation of "one-button grabbing - transporting - unloading". Through the preset program, the grab bucket can automatically identify the material density and dynamically adjust the grabbing force to avoid overloading or material spillage.
Safety redundancy design:
Equipped with dual power supply, fault self-diagnosis, emergency brake, and other functions. For example, when the hydraulic system pressure is abnormal, the solenoid valve automatically locks the grab to prevent accidental opening; the power failure alarm function can provide 48-hour warning to ensure continuous operation of the equipment.
