When lifting, it is strictly forbidden to stand under the crane arm, and it is forbidden to lift heavy objects buried underground or pull heavy objects obliquely to avoid side loads; carefully check before work, and it is forbidden to use unqualified wire ropes and lifting chains; when lifting heavy objects, the arm is not allowed to drop; when the arm must be dropped, the heavy object should be lowered and raised again; the throttle should be small when dropping the arm, and the throttle should be large when lifting the arm; the rotation action should be stable and not allowed to stop suddenly; when the lifting weight is close to the rated lifting weight, it is not allowed to rotate in the air above 0.5m above the ground; when the crane is lifting heavy loads, the truck crane is repaired.

1. Grab buckets need to be inspected once a day. Especially for grab buckets with heavy work, they should be carefully inspected. Parts that reach the scrap standard should be scrapped in time.
2. Check the connection and wear of the wire rope; check the wear of the pulley shaft and the wear of the wheel rim; check the tightening and damage of the bolts and nuts; check the wear of the blade, the blade should not be skewed, and there should be no cracks; keep it in good lubrication.
3. When closed, the misalignment difference between the two horizontal blades and the vertical blade and the gap at the contact point of the bucket mouth shall not be greater than 3mm, and the length of the larger gap shall not be greater than 200mm.
4. When opening, the non-parallelism of the bucket mouth shall not exceed 20mm.
5. After lifting, the symmetrical center line of the bucket mouth and the vertical center line of the grab bucket, whether the grab bucket is open or closed, should be in the same vertical plane, and the deviation shall not exceed 20mm.
