Port Bulk Handling Equipment Made in China
Grapples are the left arm of bulk cargo handling equipment in ports, promoting the efficient and rapid development of the transportation industry, as well as the economic development of cities and countries.
Enjue Grabs aims to apply the latest technology in the transport industry and continue to innovate to bring it to over the world.

What is a grab bucket?
The grab bucket is a special tool used by cranes to grab dry bulk cargo and plays an important role in dry bulk cargo handling in ports. It can grab many materials, such as grain, coal, ore, sand, gravel, yellow sand, fertilizer, etc.
The grab consists of two or more bucket flaps, which can be opened and closed to form a storage space. During loading, the jaws of the grapple go deep into the pile and then close tightly to accurately grab the material and feed it into the storage space. During unloading, the grab moves to the top of the pile and opens smoothly in a suspended state, dispersing the material evenly over the top of the pile.
The advantages of grab operation are significant, it greatly liberates manpower, so that workers say goodbye to heavy physical labor, while loading and unloading efficiency is quite high, but also has a good safety performance, because of this, the grab has become a powerful "main force" in the port of the dry bulk cargo loading and unloading.

Cargo Handling Solution
Enjue grabs can be carefully classified according to the different types of cargo loading and unloading, and the common ones are ore grabs dedicated to ore loading and unloading, coal grabs adapted to coal transport, grain grabs dedicated to grain loading and unloading, and timber grabs used for timber transshipment, etc., which perform their respective duties to ensure the efficient flow of all kinds of goods.
First: The grab's bucket was opened.

Second: Grab Bucket Grabbing Material
Third: Grapple unloading
The lifting mechanism, slewing mechanism, and moving mechanism of the crane will move the grab and the grabbed materials to the unloading position, and the opening and closing mechanism of the grab will open the grab and the materials will fall under the effect of gravity to complete the unloading process.
